A Little Bit About US

We are so pumped that you guy's and gal's decided to come check out the page! Let me start off by saying it's been quite the journey getting here but I am so excited to share the knowledge and 'wisdom' I've gained behind the bar after almost 10 years! I need to not get so ahead of myself though; let's start from the top. My name is Don Maynard, and I have been a Charlestonian my whole life. Growing up in the Lowcountry felt like I was living in a movie. The beach, full of salt and sand, kept me out of trouble and helped me appreciate this beautiful place we call home! I started my Food and Bev journey at the ripe age of 15 when I worked at a Domino's, and while that did not last long, I found my true calling at my very first real restaurant job: Wild Wings. I loved it. The hustle and bustle of service, getting to meet person after person and hear their stories, hell I even loved the late nights despite going to school the next day exhausted. I served in a handful of spots until I decided at 20 that I WAS going to be a bartender. I made it my mission and goal to be given the opportunity to pick up those bottles and shakers. I have been bartending for the last 8 years, and that's what led us here today! I wanted to start a bartending business that felt a little more natural; like you're sitting at your favorite bar. Whether it's a fine dining establishment, your favorite family sports bar, or maybe you just like crushing drinks at a dive bar; we want to provide that environment and service.
